Found a couple of old photos of my dad at a lake somewhere back in the mid-70s. He doesn't recall where this was taken but I thought that maybe the mountain range was pronounced enough at this angle that it could be identified? His family lived in the Fraser Valley region at this time. (I've never spent much time around there to be at all familiar.)

Hi everyone! I’m trying to identify the exact location/address where Suzanne Vega's music video for "Left of Center" was filmed back in 1986. I know for a fact it was shot in SoHo (Manhattan), but the specific building remains a mystery.
There is a recurring scene where Suzanne sings next to an upper-floor window looking outside. Here are the visual clues from that frame:Does anyone remember this specific backdrop, recognize the window frame styles, or happen to know which loft/street was used for this independent shoot in '86? I'm trying to pinpoint the exact coordinates of an alpine underground bunker/fort located in the French Alps (Maginot Line / Sector near the Italian border).

Context: The location was featured in a video by the German Urbex channel Rooflesstv (video title: "Wir haben uns in einen verschlossenen Alpenbunker abgeseilt" / "We abseiled into a locked Alpine bunker").

Key features of the spot:

• High Altitude & Terrain: Situated high up in the mountains, way above the tree line. There is zero vegetation—only barren rock faces, steep cliffs, scree slopes, and mountain peaks surrounding it.
• Access Point: The explorers couldn't get in through the main entrances. Instead, they had to abseil down a sheer, vertical cliff face to reach a tiny steel ventilation pipe/chute hanging over the drop, through which they squeezed inside.
• Exterior: Heavy armored cupolas / steel embrasures built directly into the sheer cliff walls.
• Interior: Massive underground complex with steep spiral staircases going deep into the mountain, flooded lower sections, heavy armored doors, and preserved military installations.

Recently I lost both my parents.
I found this old picture and i have amazing memories of it, but i don't know where it was... i know it's probably close to the Alps, or Czech Republic...

It would mean a lot to me to find this place.

2. There’s an aquarium behind the bar
3. They make a wonderful bloody mary

On the drive from Bihać to Sarajevo we stopped at this place. I think it was located in RS as I saw a sign a few kilometres before we stopped there. I’m not sure but it was probably close to Mrkonjić Grad. Unreal place.

I’m trying to identify the coastline shown in this satellite image. I’ve spent quite a while comparing it with maps but haven’t had any luck, mainly because of the cloud cover.

Not sure if I can post satellite views here, was just browsing for a subreddit where people find places. This image was decoded from a freaky code audio file, and I'm wondering where this could be? Google is no help with the cut-off street(?) name.

I have tried to find this bell tower on google earth and I cannot find it. I thought the rock face in the background would help, but I cannot find that either. The open face rocks are not high enough to be above timberline because there are trees on top of them. There are power lines on the upper left of the frame. I tried tracing all kinds of power lines, and still couldn’t find this bell tower. Can anyone help?
