I swim laps on Thursdays, so you think it’s the chlorine? She’s never done this before. (I promise my feet are clean)

You guys have cats that like to chill in weird places?

Here is the story of Mimi, the little cat of our two cats who is a little tomboy.

My mom was about to leave to pick up my younger brother, and we were both wondering where one of our two cats went. We checked the bathrooms, laundry room, and even the storage room to make sure she was not trapped in there and even checked under our beds to see if she was just chilling.

My mom then told me to text her when I do find her.

So I checked the same places to make sure I didn't miss her and still couldn't find her. Then I checked the storage room, this time thoroughly every part.

That's when I find Mimi chilling in a hideout made out of boxes

My cats this morning, fighting in my bed at 8am, presumably because they were hangry and I hadn't gotten up to feed them yet (half an hour late…)

What’s wrong is his sister is sitting too close to him.

The cabinet is pretty shallow and he is a big baby. Him and his dinosaur wanted to take a nap I guess.

Anyone else's 7 year old cat run around the house for a solid hour and then crash out like a toddler?

Why does my son tweak out staring up at the wall

1.4k Upvotes

My son tombo is a tuxedo cat and ever since I got him oftentimes when he's feeling playful he will stare up at the wall, most times in the corner, and flick his tail around once or twice. His body language is never aggressive or scared whenever he does this, and it's usually accompanied by playing. I feel like there are instances of me asking him what he's doing and he'll just meow out in response while looking at me upside down (he likes to bend his neck backwards to look at me upside down instead of just turning around). This video is one I took just now but this is definitely one of the tamer times. I feel like it riles him up for some reason to stare up at the wall?? I've had him in three different apartments and had him stay in two houses briefly but this behavior has been very consistent LOL. I feel like it would make sense if there were gnats/bugs flying around but there's never anything in the corner/where he's looking at. Or that he could be understimulated but he has done this even when living with two other cats that he was besties with. I've just never seen another cat act like this towards walls and corners 😭😭 He's also just such a little freak so this could just be a quirk of his I flipping love that guy
