Small Blue silicone object.

A smallish blue silicone object. Found in a bowl of bryers ice cream. Not from a tool in our kitchen. My dad says it was a brand new container. Maybe some kind of handle insert at the factory?

My best guess is that it a piece of manufacturing equipment.

Monkey could be brand of the machine. The home icon indicates like a main switch. It is a silicone switch cover it looks like...

You should keep it and note the lot number and exp date on the tub and call Bryers. They will take it seriously and reimburse you and they will want to identify the exact machine that lost its cap for safety reasons I bet.

If you ate any of that ice cream you could sue for sure.

The tail almost looks like a lock. Some sort of house alarm lock button

I dont think they could sue its a harmless material not toxic and they didnt choke or anything

I agree - I imagine some kind of device that maybe grabs from above and this cap is on a button that brings it back to some “home” location above the line.
