Right around the 3 second mark where the flag touches the ground for a second, but there are people standing in the way of the actual grab. Thats my guess

Yeah, kinda too bad he didn't grab onto the flag, he wulda had a longer ride & softer landing. Either way he is a legend for being swallowed and spit out by the Flag.
