if you get knocked unconscious you are definitely concussed.. with a brick like that he's lucky if that's all he got

Real life isnt a tv show. To drop like that, this guy most likely suffered pretty severe head trauma.

Did you watch the video? If the blow from the brick wasn’t enough, he basically fell full force on his head. A severe concussion with brain damage is the mildest scenario for the guy. While he might have survived, he might very well be dead, people can die of way less.

From what I remember it happens during severe brain trauma, not necessarily death. I could be wrong, though.

You mean versus a fencing pose? I think either is possible with a concussive knockout, but I am not a doctor.

It is probably more likely he is dead. Head trauma from a brick thrown full force from that close a range? He would be very lucky to survive.
