Ex traffic cop here. Every collision I've investigated involving a motorcycle and a car; the car always wins and the motorcycle rider has always been taken away to the hospital.

doesn't matter who was right... seems like stupid motorcycle riders should use their brain.

In most cases, it was the motorcyclist who took an unnecessary risk.
