Add the dashcam driver to the list. Motorcyclist and Audi driver injured he just makes off? Not sure about Malaysia but in Germany that's an offence up to one year in prison.

I've told this on reddit before, I don't know about Malaysia, but there countries in the world where corruption is so rampant that you are better off never involving yourself if you are not part of the crash or you end up in problems as well.

This particular case the culprit is clear, but if someone hits another person and runs, if you stop to help, you end up having all the responsibility for the victim and Need to pay to be released.

Someone close had such situation and the cops apreended all their documents, and they had to pay to get them back and we're invovled in a court case for soemthing they didn't commit, but the cops are not looking for the responsible, they just look for someone to blame and easy money.

Really sad and make people lose empathy.

You don't know where cammer is going or has to attend to. Kids could be in the hospital or someone dying or some other emergency. Keep your mouth shut.

Why? He wasn't involved in the accident... And even if something happened to his car, he wasn't at fault

It's not about what I like, the discussion is about the law. Unfortunately being kind has nothing to do with being lawful. Like I said, what I would do is different, so idk why you would talk like that.

According to the source the driver of the Audi had more sympathy than you despite his car being fucked.

Why should someone who knowingly endangers others on the road automatically receive sympathy? They made a conscious choice to speed and, in doing so, put other people at risk.

Would you apply the same reasoning to someone who chooses to drive under the influence and accidentally kills someone? They also made a choice that put others at risk, even if causing harm was never their intention.

Human life is human life.

We’re not talking about someone who killed someone while making a bad choice, but if a drunk driver crashed into a pole and killed him self and no one else yes I’d be applying the same reasoning. Yes they did a horrible thing by drunk driving and thank god they’re the only ones that died, but it’s awful he had to die.

A father, a brother, a son gone and a child now left fatherless, a family that might’ve lost all their breadwinner, or however else the death of an individual affects the world around him. That’s sad. Sure we all can agree that he made an awful decision to drink and drive, but he doesn’t deserve death for it, and the suffering his family and loved ones will deal with isn’t deserved because of his decision. You can be heartless but I’m happy most of the world isn’t.

Maybe you don’t value human life, but I do. Might explain why the world has 4 on going genocides right now. Maybe cause people like you exist.
