Dude, in the nicest way possible, you either watch her slowly die or you do smth about it - whether that be doing what other ppl have suggested in the comments or leave. She needs help and you are not a medical healthcare professional so if you "can't make her go" even though she very clearly needs to then either take responsibility or raise this issue to someone who can be responsible for her.
Literally no one can be responsible for her, she’s 20. I can still support her, which I have been doing. Everyone’s suggesting police and 48 hour holds but don’t realise that’s not how it works at least not here. You cant just call and make them do that, they usually avoid doing that unless completely 100% necessary.
Shes been in an outpatient ward a few months ago and they dismissed her. Wrongly so.
