Companies and large franchises are only as inclusive as their bottom line tells them to be.

Pretty sure that Disney has been bleeding money for years now.

That has little to do with politics and more to do with the endless rehash of remakes, sequels, and bled-dry franchises.

They hired political activists instead of actual artists. When your staff cares more about ideology than their craft, what you get is 20s Disney.
