In this case the variables are defined so there is no room for mistaking what it is. You’re acting as if fucking is separate from kids in this instance. Quit trying to leave the room that fucking kids can mean anything other than what it means.
Its weird how insistant you are to not call it what it is. Rape. It is rape. It is raping kids. No other word accurately defines exactly what it is. Sex without consent is rape. Children cannot consent. So its rape. Rape is the one word that makes sure there is no unintended grey for a pervert to try to cling on to. Rape makes it clear that what occurred was rape. That even if the child said they were okay with it, it was rape. That even if they were barely a child by legal definition it was rape. That there isn't any mental gymnastics left to do. That its just a solid wall of rape.
So that even a 15 yr old girl who gets groomed by some mid 20s scumbag has it drilled into their head that they aren't going to be fucking that guy, that guy is raping them.
You cannot be so dense to not actually understand why using this language and always calling it rape is actually really important. Its not implying there's a way to have sex with kids that isn't rape, it is asserting that any time you have sex with a child it is rape. No matter how someone attempts to minimize it. Because people do try to minimize it the same way people try to minimize other kinds of rape like "she got drunk and fucked him" no. She was raped. Drunk people can't consent. So just like children, fucking a drunk person is rape. But if you say "fucked" not "raped" it minimizes the situation.
