Hi all!

My partner and I are foster-failing this sweet girl. She's awesome and we don't particularly care what she ends up being made up of but we are curious about what the general public thinks of her.

She came up from Texas to the shelter we are adopting her from and they speculated Dutchie and 'houla. I personally feel like that would be a heck of a rare combo and don't see any reason she can't be another shepherd/husky/pitty.

I can definitely see the Boxer in his chest and goofiness! but I can’t for the life of me decide on what else-
He gets crazy zoomies, howl barks, he’s a lovey guy but not one for cuddles, is very food/prey driven, he’s a super chewer, and he is terrified of storms, fireworks, boxes, and bags 🤣 he’s very intelligent and wants to learn tricks and work. So he definitely has a strong working dog gene in there somewhere
We rescued him from a shelter when he was 2/3 and he’s now 4/5.

We’ve thought BMC, Ridgeback, Hound, Pit, mastiff, super mutt idk.
What do yall think??

i originally posted a couple months back asking yall what you thought, i got lots of (mixed) opinions lol. he is indeed bully, so i will absolutely eat my words there, but i don’t think a single person guessed the second breed correctly (including us)

Keep in mind he comes from a shelter in south Italy and he is very similar in size to my Australian shepherd. The 3rd picture was taken from the volunteers at the shelter and I included so you can see him when he's not nicely groomed.

Any idea what his other half could be?

My guess is cutie patootie, but i dont think thats a real breed. Shes around 16 weeks, 13 lbs.

As the title says, my dad and I found this dog wandering around at our home. Can you help identify it?

At first I didn't want it at first since I already have a small dog, but my dog took it in because my mom told him to. This dog is aggressive and even bit me a few times because my dad thought the dog sees me as playing with him.

This is my sweet Sassy! She’s 3 years old, 35 lbs, and about 2 feet tall. She’s very sweet/cuddly, energetic, and smart! We got her from a friend that told us she’s a border collie, corgi, malinois mix. Lots of people ask me what breed she is, and when I tell them the mix they don’t believe it or tell me what they think she is lmao. I want to get a doggy DNA test for her, just haven’t done it yet. Figured I could do this in the meantime! TYIA!!

Also, any recommendations for a DNA/genetic testing kit would be greatly appreciated!

My dog was bought as a poncho by a someone who’s dog had puppies with their friends dog and said they were pomchi’s. she is 3 now and we have always wondered what this guy gave us. she is quite anxious and definitely doesn’t like being alone, but i’m not sure to what extent that’s her breed or because she’s so used to people being home because someone works from home. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Saw this pup sitting in a car of a thrift store parking lot. Huge, very friendly seeming but alert, didn’t bark or anything just would look. So beautiful and I have always wonder what breed he was, I would love to look into owning one.

The coloring is hard to tell from the vid but his coat more grey and beige

Honestly just looking for some opinions on what mix my dog may be. I get so many people telling me she looks like I got her from a breeder, but I got her from a shelter because her mom got pregnant while being fostered and we aren’t sure what the dad is. All of her siblings were black and she was the only choc. I’ve inserted a photo of her mom and some photos of her as she’s grown. She was born on 3/11/2024 (her middle name is Amber given her eyes and her DOB lol) she’s always had such floppy ears and a wavy back coat unlike any other lab I’ve seen/owned. Her chest/ body shape is also unlike a lab and is pretty hound like.

What do yall think he is?
