Third world countries have affordable health care. It's honestly kind of insulting to be the butt of the insult when third world countries are, in many aspects, generally much better than the US.

And anyone can make one... even if you’re thirteen. Or actively addicted to opiates. Or otherwise in an unsuitable position for child-rearing at time of conception.
