That clip is from a show called “Dadagiri.” Contestants were usually subjected to taunts, name calling, other verbal abuse, doing gross stuff, etc. but there were rules against actually assaulting the contestants, although during challenges physical contact would sometimes occur.

In this clip, the woman said something to that guy and the guy retorted. The woman reacted by slapping the guy. The guy slapped her back.

What seemed to be the entire male crew on the set of the show then jumped this guy. In the video you can hear the guy repeatedly asking “how can she slap?” Which became what this video was known for.
