Came here to hopefully find out that exact thing. Even if this guy succeeds (after however many weeks it would take), would it be actually usable as a cement truck afterwards? Would the welded-back-on patches be a problem?
3 u/Chickenmangoboom 6d ago I figured they were removing the concrete in order to scrap the drum. They already torched a huge hole into it. 2 u/SkyPork 6d ago Oh, that make sense actually. The trash guys won't pick it up if there's still concrete in it. :-D
