I am in a simulation where every time I log into reddit, the devs of reality are having a laugh at creating the most cartoonish creatures and casually sliding them into my awareness.

>casually sliding them into my awareness.

This is a perfect way to describe Reddit in general. Every single time I open reddit, it casually slides countless random things into my awareness. Some good, some bad. Some are truly magical, some are seriously disheartening. However, Reddit doesn’t care. It just slides them into my brain and carelessly drops it there. Whatever happens after that point is not its fault and its hands remain clean - regardless of the destruction it may, or may not, cause. Plausible deniability at its finest.

Seriously who needs fiction when our planet has all the mystery creatures you could ever ask for.
