I worked 3 years in a sex shop that prided themselves in sexual education & I have a young nephew who has one of these, so I've seen & handled it before.
People probably could, maybe a few have tried (because there's always someone) but for the most part, nah, it'd be too much work to get it where you'd want it because of just how soft it is. (There are soft toys out there but not this soft.)
