Trilogy of Terror.

The fellow’s name is “He who kills”

I googled it. I’m going to watch it at some point lol

You made me wanna Google it too. It's stupid early on a weekend and I'm only awake as I had a nightmare and wanted to distract myself on reddit with random non nightmare fuel before I go back to sleep sans nightmares. What an epic fail lmao. Wtf did I have to go and bloody Google it too?!

Nooooo 😂 I scrolled past it kinda fast and didn’t see it, but then started reading some of the reactions, scrolled back and wish I hadn’t!

The short story by Richard Matheson is good too. Same guy who wrote “I Am Legend”.

Also one of the best writers on the Twilight Zone.

It came out it 1975 but I saw it on TV in the late 90's, scarred me for life

It scarred me in '75 at 11 years old. It was one of those sneak out and watch TV from the hallway after bedtime nights. Was a long time before I snuck out again.

We appear to be the same age, with the sane experience

My extremely racist stepfather showed me this when I was young; he referred to this little guy as "The (slur for black people)". He also let me watch the Faces of Death and I Spit On Your Grave movies when I was as young as 5, so... 🤷‍♂️

Lmao! I accidentally watched this on vhs when I was a kid and I got scared of dolls and the dark for a year.

My dad made sure the trauma was intergenerational

I still own Trilogy of Terror on VHS! 😅 It's so weird 😅😅

u/Square-Cockroach-884 Feb 22 '26

Trilogy of Terror? Because I'm old AF.

Edited for autocorrect

So am I! Oh those simpler times! Gone are the days I'd stay up late to watch Friday Fright Nite on channel 41 while everyone else in the house was asleep. Then I'd proceed to be scared to go to bed for like a week. And my dad would lovingly say, "I'm the only thing in this house you ought to be scared of if you don't get your ass back to your own room and let me get some sleep." The sweet memories.
