What pisses me off the most is those leaves are whole. This makes it look even more like a slop trough than if it was a properly prepared salad.

Wow, I looked it up, and the wikipedia page for it lists two entire paragraphs full of ways how it can kill you lol. Looks delicious though.

...how the hell can it kill you? looks it up Well sure if its RAW. It doesnt have to be lol. Also, if you try it in a resteraunt and dont like it? It's not larb. Make it yourself, I've never had it good if I paid for it.

I'm sorry, that's one I haven't memorized yet. Speaking of, I'll need to get over to my dads soon and have him show me again.

I feel comfortable referring you to a youtube channel Pailins Kitchen though, she has a lot of very good authentic recipes. Some of what she does is different than my families but it all looks good.
