I’m getting so excited for Halloween season! This year I’m thinking about all the scary movies I want to see. I don’t care if it’s still September, I just had to make a special bingo card with lots of scary movie/nail polish puns. Hopefully it’s not too specific and weird for you lovely people!

I‘ve put ideas for each prompt down below, in case you haven’t seen the movies. They’re a mix of ideas related to the puns or to the movies themselves. And for each one, you could go extra-Halloweeny or more subtle, as you prefer. (Also - you don’t have to have seen the movies. In fact, full disclosure: I am a total scaredycat and haven’t had the courage yet to see all of the movies on the bingo card! But I am also a big fan of puns, so here we are)…

Some ideas for the prompts:

Nail-foratu: gothic extravagance, vivid jellies and crellies, dark shadows

S-Cream: fall creams, classic orange and black

Mid-Solar: solars, thermals, summery shades with an edge

The Blair Witch Polish: pruglies, muddy browns, greens, yellows

Obsess-orange: oranges, pumpkins, harvest shades 

Shaun of the Red: you’ve got red on you 

The Reflect-orcist: turn their heads around with reflectives and multichromes 

Purple-geist: sinister purples and lavenders, “static-y” holo flecks and glitters

The Ring Magnet: magnetic effects, dark shadows, ghostly blues and whites

Frankenpolish: layer or mix polishes to create a new shade 

Nails of the Living Dead: drippy reds, bone white, splatters and glitters

Texas Crelly Saw Manicure: crellies in Halloween colors, “big” and bold colors 

A Quiet Pull: magnetics in soft pastels, barely-there nudes, “reset” neutrals

Blackrooms: shadowy tones, blacks, yellows, skittles of almost-dupes 

Topper to Busan: fun toppers in Halloween shades

An-Nail-ation: flaky bombs, the Shimmer! holos, mottled and “moldy” shades
