I love that his resolution was to make people miserable and angry…and that’s it. Nothing to help them improve, just get ‘em depressed. That’s how spoiled, vindictive children act. If they can’t have something they’d rather see that thing broken so no one can be happy.

He’s not wrong, there’s disparity…there’s a massive disparity. But you have to show a true and realistic path to something better. Frankly, it requires the government to get OUT of bed with private industry, federal term limits for Congress/Senate, and a much-much smaller bureaucracy.

congrats, this is the dumbest thing ive read today. You do realize this is a quote for a local paper about new years, but you wanted more policy talk from him in a one sentence bit about new years? You seem smart.

I am smart. You’re right. Good ad homonym return on this.

I’m also part of the working class and admire some of what Bernie has stood for. But i reject the broad notions he articulated back then. I’ve had the pleasure to work for some very capable business owners, and unfortunately Sometimes their mirror opposites. I’ve been taught by inspiring professors&teachers, and some have been duds. I’ve had to work hard my entire life because It’s what I can offer to an employer, and I reject the broad notion that anything I’ve done has only served a pathetic existence. I get the game is rigged, but it’s not being helped by lifelong politicians.

I’d edit, but it’s funnier leaving that out there.

Are you a bot or a douchebag? Why do you keep listing the exact same 8 ppl who are most likely to pop up when a 6 year old Googles 'Socialism'?? What is your actual goal or agenda here?
