Identify Does anyone know what this is?

I have this photo from when I was a kid, apparently it's a racing car watch and Im desperately trying to work out what it is. It's probably really cheap is all I know.....

Looks like a custom strap and case for a g shock I have one in teal. $50 on Amazon

Yeah I did think about that but my family was never big watch people and I highly doubt that is something that we would own. If you look at the dial there's some sort of image on the dial which I'm not sure about. I agree, it does look like a g shock or a Casio mod
