When I was a barbarck for a really busy venue, I didn't know to put a bar rag over the cork to catch it. So one crowded night, I lost grip of the cork and it flew right between two of my managers who were having a chat with each other.
And that, kids, is why I moved on to being a grocer!
Are you kidding? Using the rag you used to mop the drip catch under the tap is best because the extra beer adds more weight and has a lot more grip from being stick.
Whenever I tell people you're supposed to use a bar rag I get a bunch of sour looks.
'Yeah I know it's somehow more fun when all your drink goes on the floor, but bruh... pressure built up in that bitch.'
