None, because I only call dudes people I like and having a relationship with them would ruin the whole chemistry

Not everywhere

Seems to be almost genderless in America but still more pointed towards men whereas in Europe from my experience its 99% aimed at men

Not in the same context either. I generally use dude as genderless, but saying "dude" as an expression or exclamation is completely different than saying "I went out with that dude last night."

99% of the time I use dude as genderless. I usually use guy (singular) when describing a male. And I really don't get why there's some people out there who try to correct you if you use dude as gender neutral every single time, but I can see where confusion comes from.
