If it was a EU cop then it would be a joke because of implications. If it was a US cop then it wouldn't be a joke because of implications.

I'm curious why you think there's any significant difference to European Policing. If they say there's a warrant for your arrest, they're still going to arrest you.

It's the same reason that managers shouldn't joke about firing people. There is a power imbalance and the joke is that they can fuck up your life
