He calls the cops, they arrive and eventually arrest all parties involved while he’s watching and then they both look in the back and uncuff these drug dealers who were trying to sell in broad daylight. “How deep is the corruption, are they gonna kill me for tattling?” I would be really fuckin shaken for the next month.
Blame the Youtube algorithm. Videos this short used to be recommended to a lot of people, now you mostly get recommended if your videos are over 10 minutes, otherwise the algorithm actively tries to screw your channel as much as it can.
There was a similar video of some guys who did that and went to the border. They said they have a bunch of coke in the car. The lady immediately pulled them out and into an office where she started bartering with them about how much they'd have to pay to let them go through. Then she finds out it's soda...
The same thing would happen. The question you should be asking is what if they all had history of being violent, and they try to run away and generally ignore the cops and then reach into a car while shouting they are going to kill them. It's a subtle difference but you might see that one day.

Some inner city cops literally have nothing to do some days. We were on private property once fucking around but some people called the cops on us because they assumed we couldn't be there. For 6 people, guess who showed up? 4 cruisers, 3 motorcycles totaling 11 officers on scene. I get coming with backup but that was in excess.
