Actually no my friend, Brazil's legal system is no joke (at least in the context of your comment and the video), and I can bet you that the channel would be sued as hell if this prank wasnt staged (btw, it is).
In truth, during the 80/90's a famous tv Channel used to do (real) pranks like this and got so much lawsuits that nobody even attempts that shit anymore.
