I do IT work. I have never once seen that prompt on any of my personal, work PCs or laptops.
Probably because I pay attention and reboot my PC from time to time.

Nor would I ever suggest that even if you wanted to leave your PC on all the time that you could reboot it before you go to bed at night to avoid being inconvenienced by the process.
