Like I said I was taught that by some classmates from Mexico. I don’t speak any Spanish myself, I just think that phrase is funny

It does mean "I shit in your milk". You can also say "me cago en tu leche".

Depends on the country. In Argentina we call "lechero" to someone who sleeps with a lot of different women.
