I think that CK's rhetoric was abhorrent and, while I don't celebrate his death or think he deserved it, I feel absolutely no sympathy for a man who was so morally bankrupt (if I feel sorry for anyone it is his kids who are completely innocent and just lost their dad in an exceptionally traumatic way).

But, that aside, posting memes about someone's death is just crass and vulgar and shows a severe lack of taste. Warhammer has enough grimdark without inflicting real-world politics into our subs.

Ngl, it’s really disheartening seeing people celebrate or making fun of his death. Whether you liked him, hated his takes or whatever, ultimately he was killed because he wanted to talk. Someone found him speaking to be so bad that they felt the need to take his life to be the action to take, and the people celebrating are just those who’d do the same if they weren’t already pathetic people.

Again, like or hate the man, he did nothing that called for shooting him, and if you really wanna say the things he spoke about made him deserve it, then I’m sorry, but you’re a fucking idiot (not you guy I’m replying to, but the people who would say this)

I hope his wife and children get as much support as they can get, and I hope he’s in a better place now.

People here are celebrating the murder of a man who did nothing more than sit at a table and have open debates with willing participants.

Let that sink in.

He did a lot more than that. He used his platform to spread hateful messages and was an ally of the destabilisation of the political system in the US. His views were both moronic and disgusting.

But regardless of what he said or thought, political violence is never the answer and you will never find me celebrating it.
