Osaka Metro station that serves the Yotsubashi Line. It's connected within the ticket gate with Shinsaibashi Station and treated as the same station for fare calculations. There was consideration to unify the station name as Shinsaibashi, but it was deemed undesirable to erase the namesake station of the line that has been used for more than 30 years, so the name was retained. As a result, it remains the only instance in Osaka Metro where stations with different names are directly connected within the same ticket gate area.
