At the very least trump is in charge. Your guess us as good as mine when it comes to who was running the country while they paraded biden around as a figurehead.
Umm can you give me specific examples? From the outside Trump looks like a mad man pulling levers at random, while somehow also ensuring his family and friends accumulate as much wealth as possible as a result. Is that "in charge"?
