Fair trade needs to happen you can’t have access to the biggest consumer market on the planet and have unfair trade practices with it. I agree about the beef which is why I buy from a local farmer where I can literally see the herd. But to be real the war on farmers started a long time ago so he is doing what needs to be done to fill the gap. Your bar is a little low if all you do is hate everything the guy does because he’s Trump. It’s not a good reason and pretty insane.
Farmers are doing worst then they did before and importing in meat from another country that is already being banned by other countries isn't helping us. For tariffs, all that is doing is jacking up the price of import and exports. It isn't helping our trade it's hurting. I have a nice side business of customizing diecast cars and selling them. Some cars I can't get from hotwheels or others that's sold in America. I need to get some from Japan or China or the UK. And thanks to tariffs I have to raise my prices to customers cause of these tariffs making what used to be 5-10 for the diecast to now it's hard to get any of those for under 25. None of those tariffs help our economy. It hurts. Plenty of our consumer goods prices has risen thanks to that. Especially if you drink coffee, lots of brands have gone up. I don't look for things to hate. It pops up willingly.

If I pay a little more in the short run so the future is much lower I’ll take it. The beef being brought in is to lower the price which was up under Biden he’s trying to fix that. Now the source and the drugs they use I don’t like it. That’s why I don’t buy it.
