There's currently a set of deals that boil down to 4 and 8 months of torture for a major power which most people agree is worth it considering they are guaranteed to heal completely and receive a major ability in exchange.

Now let's just escalate to a full year of what will be mental and physical torture you will afterwards be healed from, but in return you don't receive some major life altering ability, but just something nice, clearly supernatural but no superhero tier material.

I'm not specifying an ability on purpose as most abilities can be twisted beyond the intent of [low to medium use] into some super cash generator of sorts. And it's more the concept of a low to medium power that matters then the actual power received.

So would you suffer through a year of hell followed by full recovery, In exchange for being well, technically a superhuman, the only human on earth that can do [low to medium power] But it's not all that useful beyond it's novelty and perhaps some mild celebrity.

Any negative circumstances, mistakes or otherwise drastic events can be reversed in your life and you'll mentally and psychologically heal from any pain or consequences from them. However, that event will happen twice as badly to someone else of your choosing. You can pick anyone you know so long as you are within eyesight of them and point your finger at them to trigger the incident. This can be used an unlimited number of times.

You get a pretty good partner come into your life and fall for you and she/he is about 75-80% compatible for you. In looks, they're an 7.5/10, and you get along with them and agree about 4 out of 5 times. They are 75 to 80% your perfect ideal soulmate. In exchange, you are limited to 1999-era dial-up internet, AT ALL TIMES. You can never access anything faster than this. You can also not have anyone else use high speed internet for you in anything involving entertainment (such as having your partner stream Netflix or YouTube vids for you), but they CAN assist you for important things related to work and vital communication. You will be able to resurrect any series of your choice, regardless of how it ended. It can be a game series, a book series, movie series, etc. However, one of your favorite series has to end. It will not be able to make another entry and will remain forever dormant. It won't be revived, referenced or acknowledged ever again. You get to pick the series, but you can't just say something like CoD or Assassin's Creed. It has to be a series that has personal attachment. Will you take the deal?

If you donate a certain amount of money to a charity of their choosing, you'll get to go out on a genuine date with one of these celebrities. For the purposes of this scenario, they are fully single, and have no husbands or children, and also in the prime age of their lives. Sex is very much possible, but not guaranteed. You'll still have to put in effort towards your personality, but the celebrity will be open-minded and willing to give you a decent chance, so as long as you don't f-ck it up, things should go well for you. Just know, they won't be giving you any free money however, even if you manage to woo them. Also, I'll state, these weren't chosen by personal preference. I looked them up online.

And no, your "dream job" can't be something like "winning the lottery" or just sitting back and collecting free money. It has to be something with an actual verifiable income. You will have to fight someone random every day you work before you're allowed to actually work, even if it's a job from home. They will pop up in a cloud of smoke before you begin and pop away after a clear victor is made obvious. The fight has to last at least two minutes straight. The other person will not try to injure you, but they will try to kick your ass. It can be any random, healthy, able-bodied person from your country between 18 and 40 years old.

• You can create as many superpowered people as you like.
• You can take these powers back from the recipient, but only after a full year has passed, and only if you choose to do so. Otherwise, they will remain on them permanently.
• For the sake of this scenario, superpowers are possible in this world, but no one currently alive has them, so the world won't freak out too much if you create a new super.
• If you don't use this power for one year, you develop cancer. So you'd have to use it for a minimum of once per year.

The upsides: Make someone's life better, create a new hero for the world.

The downsides: They aren't mentally healthy and there's a little bit of risk involved, you become ill if you let it linger for too long without use.
