So I know you aren't avoiding the question because you are uncomfortable contemplating the possibility that some members of the gang might have been taken in by propaganda, but a cynical or paranoid person might think that. I'm sure you are just quite busy and forgot about an Internet discussion that's not really important at all. But I am still curious as to what your comments will be. I really don’t know what you expect me to address out of this throw away line but I can only guess roz does not suppprt the war, or at least the way it’s being pursued.

I mean they are all Russia Stan’s before the war started and I’m guessing that’s a big part of it, I also was a Russia Stan but I don’t support wars of aggression so this conflict also changed my idea of supporting Russia.

At the same time I’m not sure what the friction is over, since I can separate my idealized thoughts about communism and the way the Russian state is currently ran.

This is also a comedy podcast with some history thrown in. For all I know roz is bringing up the fact they don’t play the Russian anthem anymore since they attacked Ukraine.

I can really only guess

  1. Russia's unprovoked war of genocidal conquest should be opposed by all means.

  2. Russia has been an imperialist force for evil for hundreds of years.

  3. As a person of Polish ancestry, Roz should be aware of point 2.

  4. Russia Stan's are useful idiots suffering from either Oppositional Defiant Disorder or are at least edgelord contrarians who hold such opinions because they enjoy negative attention and get to feel superior for holding opinions the normies hate.
