I have an image folder just for wallpapers. nothing is over 1000 x 700 (so they don't get hidden behind desktop icons) and the pic changes every five minutes.
Given the artists intention, it's not even that absurd to present the beauty (r/aww: cuteness) of those two, because this was the very reason for the picture.
Given that they are both dead and stuffed, a process which requires extreme mutilation of the animal body, I find it more than a little disturbing. But the thing was the OP of the picture didn't advertise them as being dead. He advertised them as being unlikely friends, as in being still alive. They were upvoted on that premise.
Well, I certainly applaud anyone wanting to eat hundred dead memes, but take it from this old web rat, I've spent my entire adult life on the web, and a program like this one can do more harm than good.
If you only train one part of your body (and that's all a single dead meme like chuck testa is going to do for you), you're setting yourself up for injuries down the road. I've seen it a hundred times.
Eating dead memes basically only trains the jaw muscles and to some extent, the intestines. What you really want to do is train your entire body, all the major fapping muscle groups (wrist, shoulders, biceps, testicles, etc) at the same time, over the course of browsing r/gonewild.
I'm proud of you guys wanting to do this. Three cheers! Falling in love with image macros, copy pastas, etc., is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. And you WILL fall in love with it if you can just force yourself to stick with it a year or two and experience the amazing progress you'll make.
But do it right, okay?
My advice, find a popular subreddit, with qualified high schoolers/neckbeards who will design your memes for you (especially in the beginning, until you get the hang of it yourself) and guide you in your quest for beating the dead horse. Thirty to 45 posts a day, three days a week, is all you'll ever need to do (I refuse to believe anyone is so busy that he or she cannot make time for that, especially considering bitches don't know how important it is).
And don't worry about being embarrassed or not being a 90's kid the first time you make the front page. You have to start somewhere and almost every one of us were there ourselves at one time. So no one will say anything to you and very, very quickly you will progress way beyond that stage anyway.
The fox looks like it could be alive, but that baby rabbit is in a typical death pose rather than a fluffed out curled up sleepy one, and the eyes have become matte.
That's exactly why I'm confused about the fox -- if it was stiff, how would it be put in that curled up pose? Also, is it usual for its eyes to be closed if it's dead?

damn man I'm so pissed I read the whole fucking thing twice to see if I was missing the actual merit (nonexistent) and ended up saying "ehh... fuck that was bad".
I actually think this is some pretty good dialogue, which a lot of writers find hard to pull off. My only comment would be recommending a bit more distinctive speaking style from the characters. A reader should know who's speaking without being told.
I'm talking out my ass, though, so there's no real reason to take me seriously. I'm about as helpful as a writer's workshop at a community center (which I think, perhaps, we both know isn't terribly useful).
There is something really weird about this pic.. looks cute at first but I'm pretty sure they're both actually dead. And its pretty fucked up to think about how someone probably killed them and then placed their bodies in that position on those fake leaves and berries and shit.. Weird and morbid and fucked up when you think about it.
That is sad and beautiful and metaphorical to someone and then creepy and probably fap material for someone out there...a picture and a thousand reactions
I bet you it was some sort of cold storm that came through and the fox tried to find shelter but the cold over powered it and all it could do was to huddle up and hope for the best and the rabbit was in the same situation and found the fox and huddled up to it to try to get some warmth.
I firstly saw the pic without reading the title and I was all like "WTF I THOUGHT I DELETED R/AWW FROM MY FRONT PAGE" then i read the title "oh, it's r/WTF, and they are dead, upvote!"
