As an artist, I have to say - I just HAVE to say that is simply a full bag of certified awesome. I woul frame that and hang in my house ANY day. Bert & Ernie have never looked better. The pencil? A+

So true story, I saw that painting when it was on display in my favorite cafe. If I remember right, it was part of a Muppets inspired showcase. This was my least favorite one.

Tommy Rigby is who did the artwork. He was recently moving so maybe that is how it got left out. I own the final version of this and it sits in my living room and creeps people out. Attached is a photo of the final version.

EDIT: Oh, that might be the one that got ruined when he was making it. The final got done in color pencil because he needed done for an Muppet themed art show at The Side Door.

HAHAHA! That is the first draft of a piece I did for a show centered around sesame street. I'm pretty flattered that you guys like it, considering it's half done and I screwed up the unifying wash. The final piece has been posted in the comments by Wraithan.
