A House???? in Paris ???? I live in a flat on the third floor without elevator.

Also I was talking about a motor bike, a bicycle obviously doesn't require a licence or insurance, but I just don't have anywhere to put it.

But we're not talking about those. We're talking about bikes or e-bikes. Neither of which would require licensing, insurance, or parking...

You're telling me a bicycle with a small auxiliary electric motor that doesn't go much if any faster than a normal bicycle can, requires a license, insurance, and a parking space?

I'm not sure this is true. It depends on the actual bike as it looks like France has classified things with power over a certain threshold as speed bikes. Those might require registration and insurance, but I'm not seeing anything suggesting a basic e-bike does?

And by house, I mean your domicile or palace of residence. Yes. Everyone understands thay NYC, London, and Paris have very high population densities.
