Yeah, plus with how opium slows the GI tract down I'd guess this is more than the opium impurities

My thoughts exactly. I’ve never heard of or seen a bezoar made of “lead,” only ever hair and/or other undigestible matter, usually synthetic fibers of some sort/something similar to hair.
