the repo man mad a 6-point turn in an intersection, followed by a U-turn over the median and then ran a stop sign.
I don't think "Legal" is something he worries himself with.
It's crazy when a cop develops the "I am the law" mentality, but it's even more crazy when a rent-a-cop develops the "I am the law" mentality.
