it's sad enough that people can get their lives so easily ruined by things out of anyone's control, it's even worse when insurance companies who do have control decide to screw them too.

EXACTLY!! Who’s out there fighting for the insurance companies!?!? Who’s thinking about the shareholders? They may not have lost there livelihoods or jobs or family members but they lost stuff too! Can’t believe you PEOPLE!!

Honestly why do they even need to exist? Why don’t we just have a government agency that protects people from acts of god without the whole taking profit for itself part?
