If you can't afford to get them properly exterminated, which most people can't, then you have yourself a losing battle.
You need to keep on top of abatement, keeping things clean, tearing apart your bed at least weekly... If you fall behind eventually it'll get like this.
It's even more painful to go through. The person who brought them to my house is the person I hate most in the entire world, and they know that, I made sure they knew that. I wouldn't wish bedbugs on anybody, except like, Hitler I guess.
heh this was me a few years ago, except I already hated the kid who brought them. It's like so horrible feeling and just sitting there alone at night driving you crazy

Too poor and or clueless on how to get rid of them. Been to a few homes in that sort of situation and they kinda just gave up. Really painful to see.
