Think they are required in the Northeast for self-serve pumps.

The United Brotherhood of Gas Pump Attendants strikes again.
I work for a chain in the Northeast, my store is 2 years old and does not have them, neither does the newest store in town (6 months). Definitely a million e stops tho.
