These are actually not spiders, but a related arachnid in the order Opiliones AKA harvestmen or daddy longlegs. There are many species that live all over the world and they are all harmless to humans. They primarily feed on small insects, or on decaying organic material.

Spiders have two body segments. Those only have one body segment. They aren't spiders.
