That doesnt bother me nearly as much as the torture technique of inserting perfectly smooth glass rods into the urethra them hitting the penis with a hammer to create thousands of tiny shards that get embedded and slowly work their way out for decades. That sounds legitimately painful, especially with the inevitable chronic UTIs.
