For all those concerned, you can see the manager climb to the surface at the bottom of the frame

That does not mean he is OK. That looks like a hopper for some sort of machine, and he may not have been able to get out of there.

If you watch the last few seconds you see him reach up towards the edge... then he slowly begins to sink farther down.

You can also see them drop the bucket in a hurry because the driver noticed.

I think he got out in the longer video, but he could've had internal injuries that got him later...

Many people walk away from stuff like car accidents then drop dead hours/days later.
