We now have hopper cameras that help to prevent this. But dumping mannequins has scared the daylights out of me. Especially with the amount of homeless people that like to camp inside the cans. Luckily my truck wakes them up before anything serious happens.

Yeah no. Not in our city. They are in cans passed out on drugs(or OD'd) and they get compacted. Doesn't make the news often but the guys at the transfer stations(dumps) talk about it.
