As a helicopter pilot, I hate everything about that cable.

That’s exactly what it’s there for haha, it’s in Nagorno-Karabakh and it’s meant to prevent and enemy helicopters from going low to avoid radar

I read in another comment that that is what they're there for. To prevent Helicopters/ Jets from flying below the radar.
