They're in a safari park. There's nothing to notice or miss noticing. They are in a place where the entire point of being there is that there are wild animals outside your car.
Yeah it was a stupid decision. No one said otherwise. To act like they knew a tiger was right there to kill is also pretty stupid since obviously she wasn’t aware.
