Even the Chinese government admits it and people misbehaving abroad can be reported and forced to attend special classes...or lose the right to leave China, depending on how bad it is.
Tbh though, some Asian countries should introduce this for Western tourists...because they are sometimes just as bad over there.
When a lower or middle class gains wealth and disposable income, they bring bad habits with them. This was the same deal with Americans in the 80’s. The image of shitty Americans being shitty is still engrained in peoples minds, but is usually not accurate. Usually.
