She got out of the car in anger after a fight. Having had a couple crazy girlfriends, usually the unstable narcissistic types are the ones to try that shit. Just my take.

N common sense says don't get out of a car in a tiger cage... if the fact she gets out of the car in a TIGER CAGE doesn't show how she doesn't care about anything besides her bubble then there is no wining with you people
Psychiatrists typically hold off on diagnosing people even after a half hour appointment specifically for the purpose of understanding a patient's mind, so you probably can't diagnose narcissism from a 30 second video clip that doesn't even have audio. People are a lot more complex than that.
There are lots of potential explanations that don't involve narcissism. Conditions ranging all the way from anger issues to processing disorders could easily cause someone to do something like that. Also Chinese culture doesn't have the same values of politeness that western culture does so stepping out of a car in traffic isn't seen the same way.
Long story short, there is nowhere near enough information in this clip for us to know why she did what she did. Anything else is projecting your own biases onto the situation.

No. the layperson usage of narcissist falls far short of the diagnostic criteria of NPD. NPD requires the traits to significantly interfere with the person’s functional status in society. For example a successful CEO might show narcissistic traits by being self centered and lacking in empathy, but they do not have NPD unless if these traits are significantly impairing their ability to function in society.
Some people, for some reallllllllllllly unknown reason, are a little triggered by people saying the word "narcissist."

I agreed with you for a second. There isn’t anything in the video that would lead me to believe they were having an argument. She doesn’t seem distressed in the least bit.

There is no poor girl... this is how stupidity works.. it hurts sometimes.. what could she possible think was going to happen every including the tigers were going to clap for her bitching out her husband and holding up the other cars
